Rosemary’s is one of the most popular spots for West Village residents in lower Manhattan, New York. They have opened shop on the 6th floor of the new shopping complex ‘NeWoman’ (across from Shinjuku stn. South exit) that houses the Blue Bottle – the famous coffee bar & roastery and Le Pain Joël Robuchon.
Rosemary’s focuses on home style Italian cooking with emphasis on seasonal organic ingredients. Another delicious & healthy food option for Tokyoites.
The set menu for lunch (¥1300 on weekdays & ¥1800 on weekends) has a choice of the Focaccia set or the Pasta set that includes a choice of their signature dish Orecchiette pasta or tomato, basil mozzarella linguine. The Special set menu for ¥2800 includes a grilled dish apart from the pasta & focaccia.
Be prepared to wait on weekends & put up with the noisy chatter. So, if the room at the far end of the restaurant is not booked for a private gathering, you should request to be seated there.
