A simple down to earth French bistro in Omotesando, located in Gyre Bldg. on the 4F. There are a couple of fancy restaurants on this floor too. Chanel & Bulgari are located on the 1F. While waiting for your table you can while away some time at The MoMA store which is on the 3F.
For lunch, apart from à la carte, they offer 3 set menus priced at ¥1800, ¥2400 & ¥3800. For dinner they have a 6 course meal priced at ¥6500.
The food presentation is simple & delicate, the dishes served are sumptuous since the Chef infuses fresh local ingredients but service on weekends could get a bit slow, though it is worth the wait.
So, if you find yourself famished after your whirlwind shopping spree in Harajuku or Omotesando (two places that Tokyo cannot do without), then head to Le Pre Verre which serves refined modern dishes in a casual unpretentious setting. The clip below (in French) of Le Pre Verre in Paris, gives a fair idea of the one in Tokyo.
